Price & Payment Information
Fix46 has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include 23% VAT.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the website is wrong.
We reserve the right to make changes to the price of our Products at any time.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to Republic of Ireland addresses.
Our delivery charges are €7.00 inc VAT at 23% for order >30kg. This delivery charge will be added to your order at the Checkout section of our website.
Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
When you purchased stuff on credit, the goods remain the property of Fix46 Supplier until fully paid for.
Registration & Security
To use the www.fix46.com online shop, to place orders and to receive products via the website, you must:

Terms and conditions of this contract do not affect any additional rights you may have under a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee. These are rights given to you by the manufacturer in addition to your statutory rights. Any additional rights given to you by the manufacturer in respect of Goods purchased are not incorporated into this contract.
As a consumer you have statutory rights regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. The terms and conditions of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
In the absence of any negligence or breach of duty by us, your use of any of the Products other than in accordance with their instructions is entirely at your own risk.
You will be responsible for all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the Website, or from your use/misuse of the Website or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the Terms.
Fix46 Supplier cannot assume any liability for:
- any viruses or any other disabling features that affect your access to or use of the website,
- any incompatibility between the Website and other websites, services, software and hardware,
- any delays or failures you may experience in initiating, conducting or completing any transmissions or transactions in connection with the website,
- any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the website.
If either you or we are in breach of the arrangements under these Terms, neither of us will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except those which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by both you and us at the time you place an order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: TIME LIMIT FOR NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
Please examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Any claim by you based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to correspond with specification must (whether or not delivery is refused by you) be notified to the company within 14 days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure if it was not apparent on reasonable inspection.
Where a valid claim in respect of Goods delivered is notified to us within 14 days of the delivery date, or within a reasonable time if not apparent on reasonable inspection, you are entitled to:
-reject the Goods and receive a full refund;
-or have the Goods (or the part in question) replaced free of charge.
Any claims made after 14 days of delivery or exceeding a reasonable time of discovery, we shall be entitled to either:
–replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at our sole discretion refund to you the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price) and we shall have no further liability to you.
The customer is obliged to send back the defective product for verification if necessary.
We are not responsible for death or personal injury when using our products not in accordance with the instructions.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery not due to our fault.
