All stock available to buy on our website we have in our warehouse ( Youghal Co.Cork , Ireland ) and will be ship straight away after placing order by customer .

DISPATCH

1) Same day dispatch cut-off time is 2pm. Orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day. 

2) Orders dispatched via courier will have a tracking reference, this will be sent to you via email or sms at the time of dispatch. 

3) If your goods have not been delivered after 5 working days from dispatch then please contact us so we can locate the items. 

All of our products are stocked and will be dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.  Orders received before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day. 

RETURNS 

If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of purchase or to exchange for a different product. 

Item returned to us must be in their original condition as when they were received,  only once we have received all item will we be able to issue a refund or dispatch replacement. 

For goods returned to us are the responsibility is the buyer until they reach our warehouse. Please package the item(s) securely to avoid damage. 

In all cases the buyer is responsible for the return postage charge, Fix 46 refunds the product cost but not the delivery cost. 

COMPLAINT  

Each complaint should be written by email, thoroughly described and documented with photos. 

PRICES 

Prices in our store include VAT, buying wholesale prices are more favorable.

e.g. when buying a box of expanding foam ( 12 units ), the price for one piece is much lower than when you buy only one can separately.
