Nico-Side Hung Fire Window Hinges 400mm (16″)-pair
The Nico Egress Only Hinge offers a great solution to the problem of emergency egress. It opens straight to the egress position and allows safe exit in the event of an emergency.
This hinge allows the window to be opened to almost 90º , ensuring emergency access in the event of a fire. The are suited to a side hung window.
These hinges are designed to stay in any open position by means of friction and are common on side-hung windows of uPVC or aluminium.

- Can be increase to 17mm with hinges packers here :
