Simple to install, the S Vent is the most popular choice for passive ventilation provision in both new build and refurbishment projects.
The Greenwood SB Vent is a discreet through-frame slot vent that provides background ventilation to help reduce mould and condensation, as required by current Building Regulations. This model offers bottom mounted operation and comes in two sizes.

This Greenwood Trickle Vent comes in two parts, with 1 inside and 1 outside vent hole cover.
Trickle vents (or Night Vents) help reduce condensation in the home without reducing security.
These environmentally friendly vents consume no electrical power once installed and can operate 24 hours a day even if the windows are locked, which will prevent intrusion into the property.
The controlled ventilation also allows you to maintain good air quality without letting all the heat from your home escape.
Condensation is formed from daily activities such as cooking, washing and simply breathing. The moist warm air then spreads to cooler parts of the house where it condensates on cooler surfaces such as your windows.
Before the introduction of double glazing there was natural ventilation in homes such as poorly fitted windows, open fireplaces, airbricks etc.

This vents have a honeycomb grill which is designed to filter out unwanted airborne debris, when the vent is open the acoustic value is 37db (for 3000sb), which is considerably better than an open window.
